The suite includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a separate private den with a door, queen sleeper sofa, and electric fireplace—offering added space and privacy for guests who want to spread out during their stay. A private entrance allows for independent access, and the layout works equally well for short visits or longer stays.

Guests can start the day with coffee or tea from the dedicated beverage bar, enjoy meals or work at the dining table, and unwind on the small private patio with outdoor seating.

Up to 2 pets are allowed (additional pets may be considered upon request). The homeowner lives on-site in a completely separate residence, allowing for assistance if needed while fully respecting guest privacy.

Accessibility

This is a single-story, ground-floor guest suite with step-free access via a portable ramp over the entry threshold. Doorways are approximately 28 inches wide and are suitable for narrow or standard wheelchairs.

The bathroom includes:
• Grab bars at the toilet and in the shower
• Portable shower chair
• Toilet safety rails

These features are intended to support guests with mobility needs who can transfer independently.

Security

For the safety of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place and monitor areas outside of the unit only. There are no cameras inside the guest suite.
