Free Parking:
One vehicle may park on the right side of the driveway. Street parking for two vehicles is also available.
Accessibility:
This is a single-story, ground-floor guest suite with step-free access via a portable ramp over the entry threshold. Doorways are approximately 28 inches wide and are suitable for narrow or standard wheelchairs. The bathroom includes grab bars at the toilet and in the shower, and a portable shower chair and toilet safety rails are available. These features are intended to support guests with mobility needs who can transfer independently.
Security Cameras:
For the safety of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place and monitor areas outside of the unit only. There are no cameras inside the guest suite.
